Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is a hands-on treatment where a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) manipulates the soft tissues — including muscles, fascia, tendons, and ligaments — using a variety of techniques. This helps to alleviate pain, reduce muscle tension, improve blood flow, increase mobility, and promote healing.
Our team of educated RMTs assesses and treats a wide range of injuries using proven, effective techniques. Massage therapy can support pain management, soft-tissue injury recovery, and overall well-being by calming the nervous system and providing deep relaxation.
Techniques you may experience include Swedish massage, trigger point release, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, muscle energy techniques, and passive stretching, among others.
