  • ✓ Prior to treatment, we will perform an assessment through health history questions and special orthopedic testing (if indicated). This will give our therapists the information to come up with a custom treatment plan that can suit you best to help you back on your path to wellness. By performing an assessment, it will give both you the patient and therapist an objective and subjective evaluation to the overall improvements of your body after the treatment.

✓ During the hands-on treatment, you may experience some therapeutic discomforts. Our practitioners will be sure to check in with you when working in areas of discomfort to make sure we are not hurting you.

✓ Once the treatment is complete, we will ensure that you understand the protocol of your homecare, to provide you with longer and lasting results, while bringing further awareness of your body, and areas of your lifestyle that may need adjustments.

  • Fill out the Health History Intake Form that can be found from your appointment confirmation email. If you are unable to fill it in online, you can do so at the clinic.

We recommend that you fill the intake form before your appointment to give you as much treatment time as possible.

  • We have convenient pay parking located right behind our clinic in the parkade.

Credit card payment is available at the machine in the covered parkade (approximately $2.70/hour), or you can pay using a mobile app:
    PayByPhone – location 1853
    Park Indigo – location 265

There is also limited free street parking available along Pearson Way.

  • Cancel your appointment yourself by logging into our online booking portal as long as it is more than 24 hours before your scheduled treatment time.

The earlier you are able to cancel your appointment that you cannot attend, will give your practitioner sufficient time to schedule others that require treatment.

If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice, the clinic reserves the right to charge you the full fee of the treatment appointment. Thank you for understanding.

  • Yes, we do have a waitlist.

If your preferred practitioner or time slot isn’t available, you can add yourself to our waitlist and choose to be notified via email or SMS when an appointment opens up. This helps ensure you get in as quickly as possible, especially during busier periods.

Once notified of an opening, you are responsible for completing the booking online.

  • It's completely normal to possibly feel sore or tender after your appointment. Especially if this is your first therapeutic treatment - your body is just taking its time to get used to the changes that are being made in the areas treated. A warm shower and rest can help speed up the recovery process, and any noticeable tenderness should start to subside in a couple days. The more you come in for regular maintenance the quicker your body will recover!

  • This is optional. You may bring a sports bra and sport shorts if you'd like, but not required.

For massage therapy your practitioner may ask you to undress down to a level of comfort if lotion/oil is recommended.

If you prefer to keep clothing on during your massage treatment, please wear something loose and comfortable to your appointment.  Massage oil / lotion may or may not be used in this situation.

Always communicate with your practitioner if you are uncomfortable at any time, this is your dedicated self-care time.
